What using this website signs you up for, spelled out plainly.

Browsing this website means you take on the terms below; if a piece of them doesn't work for you, the clean answer is to close the tab. Metairie Porta Potty can revise these terms as circumstances shift, and staying on the site afterward means you accept whichever version is live.
What these pages do is describe portable restrooms, handwashing stations and restroom trailers available around Metairie and give you the number to call for a quote. That's reference, not contract. We're committed only once a booking has been confirmed with you directly.
Plan with the figures here, but don't book against them. Prices, dimensions, availability windows and turnaround times on the site, plus anything the calculator or comparison tool produces, are estimates; the amount you pay and the dates you get become firm only on the phone, at confirmation.
We try to keep these pages current, but we won't promise every figure and detail is spotless or complete, and any of it can change with no notice first.
The design, the copy, the logo and the images here belong to the operator or sit under license, and none may be duplicated or reposted without written consent.
A few pages lean on outside features such as maps, which run under their own providers' terms, and those services fall outside what we answer for.
You take this website on an “as is” and “as available” footing, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose among them.
To the fullest extent Louisiana law permits, no indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from this website — whether you used it or couldn't — falls on Metairie Porta Potty or its operator. None of it bears on a rental you've already put on the books.
These terms answer to the laws of the State of Louisiana, its conflict-of-laws rules set aside, and any dispute over this website belongs before the state or federal courts serving Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
If a line in these terms needs clearing up, call (504) 499-0566, or cite 2504 Metairie Lawn Dr, Metairie, LA 70002 as a reference.
Everything on this page is here to inform, not to serve as legal advice. Metairie Porta Potty is a trade name the site's operator conducts business under.
One phone call sets your delivery, your service loop and the pickup, everywhere across Metairie and the surrounding Louisiana area.
